Information you choose to provide
The service request form asks for your name, work email, business name, an optional
phone number, the kind of help you want, a short description of the work, consent
to be contacted, and an optional service preference. You can optionally identify
programs involved and whether sensitive or regulated information may be involved.
We also receive whatever you choose to include in a direct email or later business
conversation.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private client records, financial account
details, health information, or other sensitive credentials through this form.
Credentials required for an approved project are handled through a separate
onboarding process.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the business problem you described,
recommend whether a service is appropriate, prepare a scope, prevent abuse, and
maintain necessary business records. It is not added to a marketing list, sold, or
rented. OriginsLynk does not intentionally use inquiry information to train models.
If an approved engagement later uses third-party processing, that processing is
governed by the terms and practices of the providers disclosed for that engagement.
Website and analytics data
The site emits small first-party interaction events in the visitor’s browser for
primary call-to-action clicks, package selection, contact-form start, successful
submission, and submission failure. Those events contain only the event name and
limited page, package, form, source, or delivery-method labels. They never contain
form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive-data selections.
The site code does not send those event payloads to a separate analytics endpoint by
itself. The hosting and security provider may process ordinary request and performance
data, including an IP address, browser information, requested page, and timing data,
to deliver, measure, and protect the site.
OriginsLynk does not use advertising trackers or intentionally set marketing
cookies on this site. Necessary security or delivery cookies may be set by the
hosting provider when required to protect or operate the site.
Service providers and disclosure
The website and contact-delivery system use hosting, security, and email providers
that process information as needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, rate-limit
submissions, and send your request to OriginsLynk. Information may also be
disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or another person, or as
part of a business transfer where the recipient assumes the same responsibilities.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate
or provide requested services, protect the business, and meet recordkeeping
obligations. You may ask us to delete an inquiry that is no longer needed, subject
to any information we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction, or
request deletion by emailing bryce@originslynk.com.
We may need to verify that the request came from the person concerned.
Security and scope
OriginsLynk uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website,
email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. This site
is intended for business inquiries from adults in the United States and is not
directed to children.
