What these systems may do
Approved business processes may organize information, classify routine inputs, prepare drafts,
summarize material, create reports, schedule review-ready work, route exceptions, or
perform other specifically documented steps. Every approved process has a defined
trigger, source boundary, agreed output set, owner, review or authorization boundary,
and failure path before production use.
AI can be wrong
AI-generated content and automated decisions may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased,
delayed, or unsuitable for the intended situation. Testing reduces known risks but
does not make a system infallible. Important facts, calculations, commitments, and
customer-facing outputs must be reviewed by the designated person.
Human approval remains the default
Consequential messages, publication, money movement, signatures, deletion, permanent
record changes, and business commitments remain human-approved unless a signed
business-process specification expressly defines a narrower authorized action and its
safeguards. Clients remain responsible for deciding whether an output is used.
Who handles what after setup
After setup, the trained employee uses Builder and keeps developing how it helps with
the job. Builder includes 30 days of Builder Care, followed by $125 per month unless
canceled. With Builder + Engine, OriginsLynk also monitors and maintains the Engine as
described in the care agreement. The business keeps responsibility for its decisions,
approvals, and accounts. No package can promise that technology will never be interrupted.
The business keeps its existing accounts
Builder is set up around the services the business already uses. Those services keep
their own terms and may change or interrupt features. OriginsLynk does not sell a list
of added subscriptions through the website; fit is determined during the free
conversation before paid work is accepted.
Data and credentials
OriginsLynk requests the minimum information and access needed for an approved
business process. Clients enter credentials through the approved account or credential store;
passwords and access codes should never be sent through the public form or ordinary
email. See the Privacy Notice and the
Trust & Safety page for more detail.
High-risk work is excluded by default
Standard OriginsLynk services are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment,
legal advice, regulated financial or credit decisions, autonomous employment or
insurance decisions, emergency response, surveillance, payment-card storage, or
other safety-critical or regulated uses. Such requests require separate written
assessment and may be declined.
No guaranteed business outcome
Examples and estimates illustrate possible business-process improvements. OriginsLynk does
not guarantee revenue, leads, savings, productivity, accuracy, compatibility, or a
particular business result. Actual results depend on the process, source data, client
review, staff adoption, connected services, and operating conditions.
