  • Upfront pricing before you agree to any paid work
From scattered details to a useful brief

Fictional example · prepared for office review

Service request brief

Customer request
Trailer lights are intermittent. Customer asks about Thursday availability.
Details gathered
Contact information and trailer reference organized from the request and job record.
Still needed
Trailer identifier confirmation, affected lights, and preferred arrival time.
Reply prepared
A draft asking for missing details, ready for the office to check and send.

Nothing sent. No appointment booked. Your office decides the next step.

What you get back

Useful work, ready for your review.

One business process can coordinate several steps. These illustrative examples show the result, not just an isolated task. Your systems and scope are confirmed before a quote.

Truck and trailer repair office

From a service request to a prepared job brief.

Before: The office pulls details from messages and job records, spots missing information, and writes the customer response by hand.

After: A single review packet brings together the vehicle or trailer details, reported concerns, missing information, scheduling questions, and a draft customer reply.

Your office reviews before scheduling or sending. The system does not diagnose a vehicle or make repair decisions.

Real estate agent or team

From activity records to a weekly seller update.

Before: An agent gathers listing activity and inquiry records, checks what needs attention, and writes the same kind of update each week.

After: A prepared seller update summarizes activity, flags unanswered inquiries or missing information, and lists the next actions for the agent to review.

The agent checks the facts and decides what to send. No pricing, contractual, or customer decisions are made for them.

Examples are not completed pilot results or promises of compatibility. Builder helps the trained operator work through approved business tasks; supported systems, access, and automation actions are confirmed before implementation.

One core product, three ways to launch

Choose who needs Builder and whether automation should stay always on.

Every package centers on a trained operator using OriginsLynk Builder. Add team access when several people need it, or add an OriginsLynk Engine for always-on workflows and managed care.

What makes Builder different

Your operator uses it during training—not for the first time after we leave.

Describe the work in plain language, ask Builder what it recommends, check the answer, and improve the instructions. The lesson is not memorizing one process; it is learning how to use the configured system whenever the work changes.

The on-site launch includes hands-on operator training and 90 days of usage and troubleshooting support for the delivered Builder system. Done-for-you builds by OriginsLynk are separate.

Illustrative walkthrough · not a live system

1. Describe the next process

“Help me turn our weekly job list into a Monday briefing showing open work, missing information, and the questions I need to ask.”

2. Follow the guided setup

The employee identifies the approved source, agrees on the briefing format and review rules, and tests a sample. Missing access or unsupported actions are identified before use.

3. Check it and use it again

The employee checks the briefing against the source, corrects the instructions, and saves the process for reuse. Next time, they request the briefing and review the result.

This shows the learning approach, not guaranteed compatibility or an additional included deliverable. New schedules, connections, and external actions require the appropriate approval.

One client-reported 30-day result

Following implementation, the Director of Marketing reported saving approximately 20 hours of her own time per week.

This was a customized early-client implementation with additional operator training. It is one person’s reported experience, not a typical or guaranteed result.

Why OriginsLynk exists

I wanted good systems to give people some of their life back.

I’m Bryce Worthy. Before OriginsLynk, I worked in office management, built a farm from the ground up, ran it profitably for five years, and sold it. That taught me to build a working system when there is no system yet.

I later studied nursing, which strengthened how I map complicated processes and think about the people who have to rely on them. I left four months before finishing to build OriginsLynk full time.

The decision became real at home. I built a system for my wife that cut down the repetitive work in her workday. It gave her more time with me and our son, Wolf. I wanted other owners and professionals to have that same chance: less time spent feeding the work, and more room to think, create, and be present.

Bryce holds an Associate in Applied Science from Midlands Technical College and works directly with clients from discovery through delivery.

Before paid work begins: you receive a written explanation of what OriginsLynk will do, what is not included, and exactly what it will cost.

A local commitment

Part of each engagement stays in the community it came from.

OriginsLynk contributes 10% of gross profit from each client engagement to mental-health outreach serving the community where that work was performed.

Each contribution is recorded after the engagement and directed toward mental-health outreach serving that client’s community. OriginsLynk provides business services, not healthcare services.
